Imad Ghandour is the Co-founder & Managing Director of CedarBridge Capital Partners Ltd, an investment company operating in Europe and MENA and focusing on high growth opportunities in wellness & beauty, education, healthcare, retail, and technology.

Imad has more than 17 years’ experience in private equity, venture capital, and investments throughout the MENA, UK, EU, and China with particular focus on wellness & beauty, education, healthcare, and technology.  He is currently a director on many boards including Futura Education, the largest Arab operator of nurseries; Immirsify Education; a UK-based AR/VR EdTech company; SAE Arabia, a specialized media college in UAE; AlShams Laboratories, one of the largest diagnostic chains in MENA; and TGC Holding, a UK-based global beauty platform. In his supervisory role for many of CedarBridge investments, he has contributed in the growth and internationalization of these companies, while installing practical governance best-practices.

Imad is also a co-founder of the MENA Private Equity Association and member of British Venture Capital Association. He was awarded by Private Equity World the prestigious Private Equity MENA Merit Award for 2011.

Imad focuses his community work on educating and mentoring younger people. He supports several foundations and NGOs including Theirworld, LIFE, and WZM Foundation.

Imad holds an Engineering Bachelor degree from American University of Beirut, and a Masters of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
